Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Most orders ship within 2–5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons (holidays, special releases), processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Ground (US): 3–7 business days after shipment. Rate: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Expedited (US): 2–3 business days after shipment. Rate: calculated at checkout.

  • Overnight (US): 1 business day after shipment. Available for orders placed before the cutoff time; rate: calculated at checkout.

  • International: Delivery time and rate vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to U.S. domestic addresses and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain expedited services; the checkout will indicate availability.

  • Some fragrance or wax-related items may be restricted by carrier regulations for air transport; in rare cases this may affect available shipping methods.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • To change or cancel an order, contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel; you may return eligible items per our Returns Policy.

  • We cannot change shipping addresses after an order has shipped. If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and any applicable additional shipping charges will apply.

Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the confirmation.

  • If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, check with neighbors, household members, and surrounding safe places. If still missing, contact customer service for assistance.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a claim through the carrier.

  • Please retain all packaging and damaged goods until a claim is resolved. We may request photos of damaged items and packaging.

  • For delayed shipments, we will monitor the status and work with the carrier to resolve the issue; estimated transit times are not guaranteed.

Gift Orders

  • Gift orders ship with packing slip included. If you prefer to send the invoice separately, please note this in the order notes and we will accommodate when possible.

  • Gift messages can be added at checkout where available.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup may be offered for nearby customers. If available, select Local Pickup at checkout and follow pickup instructions in your confirmation email. Orders must be picked up within the window specified; unclaimed orders may be canceled and refunded, minus any applicable fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • For shipping questions, address changes, or assistance with a shipment, contact our customer service team with your order number and we will respond promptly.
