Payment
Payment is required before production begins unless other terms have been agreed to in writing.

Production Time
Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on order size and customization. Large orders and seasonal collections may require additional lead time.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping insurance is available and recommended for large orders.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your shipment within 48 hours of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the products and packaging so we can work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Returns
Because wholesale candles are made to order and may include custom labels or branding, wholesale orders are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Fundraising Orders
